As you may or may not be aware, I co-own a clothing line here in Dallas called Unkommon Kolor. We aren’t just your run of the mill t-shirt brand. Everything we do, is with “art” at the forefront. A while back we decided what better way to display our work, and unique skillsets than to paint on something small we could carry with us effortlessly. So, “bill painting” was born. We’ve painted on the bills of hats ever since. This has been slated as the “best hat I’ve ever done” by our fans, so I decided to show you guys the process behind this hat.
Sidenote: the gold of the Larry O’Brien trophy is actual 14 carat gold paint. It’s actually reflective.

Watched Adventure Time for the first time earlier this week, and I must say, I’m a fan. Just RIDICULOUS enough for my tastes. “Finn the Human” as he would exist in the real world. Painted by UNKO’s Jeremy Biggers. Photoshop CS3. Wacom Intuos3.
